Police in New Jersey are searching for a gunman who shot at police

Newark police have recognized the maniac who opened hearth on two officers Tuesday afternoon.

Kendall Howard, 30, was charged with two counts of tried homicide of two Newark officers, illegal possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an illegal goal.
